They utilize this program to annually measure outstanding distributor performance based upon consistent measurements. 

All Ruud Distributors were measured on eleven key performance metrics that included:

·         Service / Training Commitment

·         Sales Management & Joint Plan Execution

·         Commercial Growth Focus
